The SimLabSolutions™ Set of Three Diverse IV Training Arms represents various ages, genders, and ethnic groups while enabling realistic instruction in venipuncture and phlebotomy. Each arm is simple to use and maintain and offers easy reskinning and an efficient single-line veining system. This bundle includes three IV training arms that provide differing surface detail and vein depths: adult male, dark skin tone; adult female, medium skin tone; and geriatric, light skin tone.

General Features:

• Each arm is scaled for a medium-size adult with a height of approx. 5' 4"–5' 8"
• Visual cues on hand and arm are aligned with veins

Adult Male IV Training Arm:

• Dark skin tone
• Veins sit higher to reflect a thinner body fat layer
• Easy to moderate skill level

Adult Female IV Training Arm:

• Medium skin tone
• Fewer visual cues than on male arm
• Width of hand is smaller than male
• Veins sit deeper to reflect deeper body fat layer
• Moderate to hard skill level

Geriatric IV Training Arm:

• Light skin tone
• Skin aged to represent a more fragile patient
• Vein channels allow some float in veins to simulate roll
• Moderate to hard skill level
