SAM4 Plus Auscultation Manikin is the newest evolution in auscultation training by Cardionics. Building on the success of its predecessors including SAM Basic, SAM II, and SAM 3G, SAM4 introduces exclusive enhancements to enrich students' auscultation learning experience. SAM4 Plus provides all the features and capabilities of the standard SAM4, and adds access to the Real Sounds Library and exclusive videos to further enhance learning.

Smartphone or Tablet Manikin Control
SAM4 liberates users from the need for a laptop or computer. Through the new iOS^® and Android^®-compatible SAM4 app, users can seamlessly manage the manikin. This user-friendly interface simplifies the learning process, making it more accessible and convenient than ever before.

360-Degree Rotating Base
SAM4 features a 360-degree rotational base to enhance the instructional process. This innovative addition provides educators with greater flexibility to precisely position the manikin as required, simplifying the demonstration of auscultation points.

Integrated LED Lights at All Auscultation Points
One of SAM4's standout features is its integrated LED lights, strategically positioned at each auscultation point. These built-in lights illuminate the correct positions for sound examination, ensuring that students can easily identify and focus on the appropriate areas for auscultation. This feature is designed to boost precision and confidence during the learning process.

Bluetooth^® Sound Connectivity
Students can opt for a traditional experience by using a real stethoscope to listen to sounds. Alternately, they can embrace modern convenience with the new Bluetooth^® connection feature. This feature enables seamless connectivity with external devices such as earbuds, for individual practice. In addition, Bluetooth provides the capability of sharing the learning experience with larger audiences by connecting to external speakers (not included). With SAM4, the flexibility to choose provides instructors with versatility and adaptability.

An Extensive Library of Sounds
SAM4 provides an extensive library of both normal and abnormal cardiac, respiratory, bowel, and bruit sounds – all of the highest audio quality. These additional resources empower educators to customize their teaching materials to specific lectures and programs.

In addition, SAM4 Plus grants access to the Cardionics Real Sounds Library, featuring 36 real heart and lung sounds recorded from live patients, along with 12 echocardiogram videos and three dynamic sounds.
