This model replicates the tendons and ligaments of the knee to provide a lifelike training environment. Students can learn and practice the psychomotor skills associated with ultrasound-guided, or blind insertion of knee injections and aspirations associated with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. The patented Simulex^™ tissue has self-healing properties, allowing for 1,000+ punctures when used with 18-21 gauge needles.
